“The top 1% of C++ talent is in high demand and Dylan’s ability source best-in-class talent adds incredible value to his clients.”

Goliath Partners, a specialized staffing firm focused on sourcing software development talent with C++ language skills in the trading and financial technology markets, opened its office in Brickell, Miami, in February 2023. Dylan Tracey founded the business in January 2023, partnering with recruitment entrepreneur Adam Wagster of Uniting Ambition Group and Private Equity firm Tempting Ventures.

Tracey brings over nine years of experience in technical software recruitment and is set to build from a proven track record, having successfully spearheaded a global expansion for his previous firm, scaling it from 1 to 26 people and developing it into a $21mil enterprise.

The business operates across four industry verticals, including Equities, Options, Fixed Income, and Crypto, and solely focuses on finding opportunities in financial technology and trading for professionals with C++ experience.

The firm aims to source staff from the local area to work internally at Goliath Partners, yet will be operating nationwide on behalf of its client base.

Tracey, Founder, said:
“I’m extremely excited to be pursuing this venture and having the backing of such knowledgeable entrepreneurs who have seen success time and time again. We’ve already made brilliant headway working with leading investment houses and trading exchanges. It’s just the start, but we’re already making a huge difference with our work.”

Adam Wagster, Uniting Ambition, commented:
“Goliath Partners are already exceeding current projections, which is brilliant to see. The top 1% of C++ talent is in high demand and Dylan’s ability source best-in-class talent adds incredible value to his clients. This niche market is showing great signs and we have ambitious plans for Goliath. Next steps will include supporting our growing client base and providing outstanding opportunities to the current team and future hires who join us on this journey.”
