Bitcoin Improves After Santander Introduces BTC Trading

On November 20, 2023, Spanish bank Santander introduced BTC trading for its Swiss clients. The bank further said that clients outside of Switzerland can access Bitcoin trading as long as they have a Swiss account. Since most banks avoid exposure to open-accessblockchains, this news has come as a surprise to many.

However, the news was welcomed by crypto enthusiasts. It also gave a slight boost to the price of BTC. On November 19, BTC was trading at $36,414.60. But on November 20, the price of BTC went up by 3.6% to reach $37,756.82.

BTC has had a pretty good year, gaining 127% in value until November 20. If the upward trend of BTC continues, the coin can trade at $70,273.42 by the end of 2024. However, reaching that price is only possible for Bitcoin if bullish trends continue.
