US Judge Denies Request For Surrender Date Delay
According to court documents, Salame’s team requested another delay to his surrender date. The Wednesday court filing asked US Judge Lewis A. Kaplan to push the report date from October 11 to December 7, citing the need to “continuing medical treatment deemed necessary by his treating physician to recover from the injuries sustained on or about June 19, 2024.”
