Tether (USDT) is one of the most popular stablecoins in the market today. The value of Tether (USDT) hovers between a few cents short of the dollar and a few cents more than the dollar. This is because the value of Tether (USDT) is pegged to the US dollar.
While Tether (USDT) might not be the coin for long-term investment, it is a great coin for storing value while avoiding the tendency to volatility other coins exhibit.
Of course, some analysts predict that in a few still far-off years, Tether (USDT) will appreciate so much in value, that it could hit values higher than $2. This is still a prediction and nothing is certain about it.
