The cryptocurrency market cap saw net outflows of $10 billion over the last 24 hours and currently stands at $1.19 trillion — down 0.6% from $1.20 trillion.
During the reporting period, Bitcoin (BTC) and Ethereum’s (ETH) market cap fell 0.37% and 0.36% to $563.62 billion and $229.12 billion, respectively.
All of the top 10 cryptocurrencies recorded losses over the last 24 hours. Solana fell the highest with a loss of over 2%, while others mostly recorded losses of less than 1%.
The market cap of Tether (USDT) grew to $82.09 billion. In contrast, USD Coin (USDC) and Binance USD (BUSD) fell to $30.12 billion and $5.97 billion, respectively.
Bitcoin
In the last 24 hours, Bitcoin fell 0.41% to trade at $29,118 as of 07:00 ET. Its market dominance stayed flat at 47.2%.
BTC’s on-chain activity has risen to new highs during the first week of this month thanks to the growing interest in BTC NFTs.
Meanwhile, CryptoSlate Insight reported that BTC’s spot trade volume declined by 70% in April.
